Dr. Yenikomshian is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with over 20 years experience. His professional affiliations include The American College of Surgeons, The American Society of Plastic Surgeons, The California Medical Association, and The Santa Clara County Medical Association. He has written a number of publications and has been Chairman of Plastic Surgery for various hospitals. He was trained at the Methodist Hospital in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Yenikomshian's goal is to treat the whole person, from how they feel, to how they look. Dr. Yenikomshian provides personalized care to all of his patients. Belinda Emprechtinger, Spa Manager, Medical Esthetician
Belinda brings extensive knowledge and experience to AVA. Having lived and worked in Europe for years, she brings intimate knowledge of european beauty secrets and techniques to her aesthetic practice. Having managed several of her own businesses, she makes an excellent Spa Manager at AVA. Belinda is extremely knowledgeable about the products sold at ava, and can provide expert advice to optimize results. Always friendly and professional, Belinda takes great pride in making sure all client needs are met.
Brenda Blay, R.N. Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Brenda was born and raised in the Bay Area. She earned her Nursing Degree in 1999, from San José State University. She has worked in the fields of Emergency and Aesthetic Nursing. She has gained experience by working as a Plastic Surgery Nurse Consultant, Surgery RN Circulator, Recovery Room Nurse, Emergency Room Nurse in Pre-Op, and Triage, as well as performing numerous laser procedures and administering facial fillers and Botox®. She has been trained and certified by Allergen and Medicis.
Brenda strives to provide a natural look using the latest aesthetic non-surgical techniques. She prides herself on her communication and personal skills.
Cecilia Oxley, Certified Micropigmentation Specialist
Cecilia is a Certified Micropigmentation Specialist and a member of SPCP Cosmetic Professionals. Cecilia has been practicing permanent make-up application and design since 2001.
Nancy Lynn, Spa Coordinator
Nancy has amazing interpersonal skills and enjoys establishing relationships with our clients. She has always been a fan of the beauty industry and her love for beauty and people led her here to AVA.
